Two advantages of precedence syntax

If trees grow from left to right, it is a natural consequence that (a) even without antisymmetry, "movement" is always to the left and that (b) certain types of adjacency requirements are always to the right of the head; --in languages where the Case adjacency condition holds, the object will follow the verb.
